Claudia Naylor has been the Minister of Decatur Unity
since 2008. She was fortunate enough to grow up in Unity, first
attending Atlanta Unity and then the Unity Center for Practical
Christianity in Miami. Ordained in 1994 at Unity Village, Claudia has
served ministries in Missouri, Mississippi and Georgia. She earned a
degree in Education at Oglethorpe University and has worked in Crisis
Counseling at the Village and in Missouri and is a Volunteer Chaplain at
Southern Regional Medical Center.

Anna Andes found Unity in 1983 in Mesa, AZ and has
been an enthusiastic Licensed Unity Teacher since 1988. At Decatur
Unity, Anna facilitates the adult Sunday morning class at 10 a.m.,
teaches the youth class one Sunday monthly and assists wherever needed.
She served as Curriculum Coordinator for 13 years at Unity Worldwide
Ministries where she was responsible for the development of curriculum
for all ages of children and teens and small group ministry. Prior to
that, Anna spent 15 years teaching high school in Mesa, AZ. Ongoing
learning is a forever goal for Anna and now spiritual education is her
joy.

Vaughn, Licensed Teacher and Youth Ministry Director)

Helen Vaughn is a retired educator and the mother of
an eighteen year old son raised on Unity principles. She offers over 35
years of experience working with youth and their parents in educational,
recreational and spiritual settings. She has experience with all school
age groups as a counselor and has classroom experience with middle and
high school youth. She maintains her Educational Specialist
certification and is a National Certified Counselor. Helen has been
serving youth in the Unity Ministry since 1996 and is a Licensed Unity
Teacher and Certified Spiritual Educator.
